Experience Design Leader · Strategy · UX · Team Leadership

I’m at my best when things are complicated.

I lead teams through complex product and experience challenges—bringing clarity to the problem, aligning people around a direction, and helping turn that direction into something customers and businesses can actually use.

Leading teams while shaping customer experiences

How I lead

The work starts before the design does.

Some of my most important work happens before a screen gets designed—creating clarity, helping teams make decisions, challenging assumptions, and making sure people understand what we’re trying to change and why.

  1. 01

    Create clarity from complexity

I'm often brought into situations where the requirements, stakeholders, customer needs, and business priorities don't line up neatly. I help teams understand the problem before rushing toward the solution.

  2. 02

Connect the work to an outcome

I want teams to understand what we're trying to change—not simply what we're being asked to design. That could mean improving conversion, reducing churn, lowering service calls, increasing adoption, or making something significantly easier for customers.

  3. 03

    Build stronger teams

Leadership means helping other people do their best work. I coach designers on thinking, storytelling, communication, collaboration, and understanding the “why” behind their decisions.

  4. 04

    Think beyond the screen

One feature rarely exists by itself. I look for the larger system—how experiences connect across products, channels, teams, processes, and moments in the customer journey.

The projects are different, but the challenge is often similar: make sense of complexity, find the right problem, and help a team move forward.

Experience

Experience across very different businesses.

Telecommunications, financial services, automotive, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and technology have very different customers and constraints. Working across them has taught me how to enter unfamiliar environments quickly, understand what matters, and lead through ambiguity.
